Happy New Years Eve

Hey guys! Saramo here! As most of you know, today is New Years Eve! 2013 is only hours away! What are you looking forward to in the new year? Anyways, today is Monday, and you know what that means. Below is the Monday rare, the Rare Snow Shoes available for members.

There are also some new-ish items in the Jam Mart Furniture store. Looks like there won't be any more Jamaaliday items, so be sure to get what you can while they're still here.

I know this is a little late, but a new party has come to Jamaa. The New Years party for 2013. Within the party is three stores, spread out among the party. Above is one of the places where you can buy things in the party. Here you can buy music from times in 2012.

Heres another place to buy things, above is the Phantom necklace, which was available at another party, the Freedom Bunny hat, and the Phantom balloon.

There are also three symbols where you can click to get things like cake. Above is one of the places you can click, the lollipop.



There are also some fun slides to go down. Two I think.



At the top are two ice platforms, with the effect of becoming "frozen". Between the two is a bridge which you can use to go to either side.

While your up there you can watch fireworks appear and disappear before your eyes.

You can also get a glimpse of the Northern Lights. Well thats about all for now jammers! Have a happy new years! I'll be staying up until 12 :) Probably later. No More Jamaalidays

Hey guys! Saramo here. As you probably know, the daily Jamaaliday gift has left, leaving the Daily Gem Bonus in its place. Which is better? Anyways, that means all Jamaalidays items are unavailable to get until next year, for most of them, so you probably want to hold onto them. Or at least put them on a storage account. Sorry, I can't provide a picture today, I've been unable to get on AJ for the past few days. I've been stuck with being sick, with a sore throat, stuffed up nose, etc. No worries though, I'm already starting to feel better, so more posts with pictures will be up soon. New Bow And Arrows

Hey jammers! Mojo here again. As most of you know, today's Jamaaliday gift is the Bow And Arrows. But there's a twist. This years bow and arrows are colored differently, with seven different types, that I've seen. Below is most of the bow and arrows:



They come in a darker shade of yellow, purple and a brownish color, green and purple, pink and a tealish- blue color, black red and brown, a lighter purple, and so on. The colors aren't as vibrant as the ones from last year, but they're still cool. Since there are new colored bow and arrows this year, bows from last year are even rarer! Glad you saved them? Good. Because you should be. That's about all for today, considering thats really all that's new for today. Happy Holidays, and for those of you who celebrate it, Happy Christmas Eve! Also heres the Gingerbread Man, which you can find underwater in Bahari Bargains. The original color is black. It's been out since yesterday, but im adding it anyways.

Also the Hat & Beard has returned to Jamaa and you can find it in the Jam Mart Clothing store.

New Author!

Hey guys! Just posting to let you know that Animal Jam of Today has a new author! Mojo2022 is our new author, so she'll be helping me post. Some of you may recognize that username. Mojo2022 is my sister, and she has agreed to help out with the blog. Can I still be an author? Of course you can. Im going to accept one more author for now, so be sure to let me know if you'd like to help! Heres what you'll need to do if you are interested:

1.) First of all, you'll probably need a google account, it makes it a lot easier

Help Wanted

Hey guys! Saramo here.. as always. I've been pretty busy lately, but now im on break, so i'll be able to post about every day, for around two weeks. The thing is, I wont always be on break. School will start up again and I won't be able to post every day. So.. I've been thinking about it, and I've come to a decision. I am now looking for authors to help with the blog. If your interested, either email me, comment on any post, preferably this one, or send me a jamaa gram on AJ with the two foxes on it, it doesn't matter what it says. Hey guys, saramo here. I've been thinking about quitting this blog lately. Not that I don't enjoy blogging, but it's become time consuming and more like a chore. Thursday Updates

Hey guys (and gals), saramo here. I know I haven't posted in awhile, but not without a reason. This week is my last week before break and I've had several tests, 6 I think. I've also had two big projects and presentations. I haven't really had time. Why I'm posting now? Because, thankfully, today was a snow day for me, so I had no school. Anyways, onto the updates:

Heres the Jamaaliday gift, the returning Winter Window.

In the Jam Mart Furniture store, you'll find this all new den item, the stocking. Sadly, its only available for members. The stocking comes in seven different colors, and you can see examples in my den.

In addition to todays update, Tierney's aquarium has a new Live Sea Cam, where you can see a live video feed of the ocean... I think. Im not exactly sure where the footage is being filmed. Heres what I saw when I looked at it: ^^

Also the Reindeer Mask has made yet another appearance in the Jam Mart Clothing, which you can buy for 350 gems.

Heres where you can find the Sea Cam. I almost passed it, so be sure not to pass it, its fairly camouflaged.

Also, today was the annual two week update. It was mainly about Jamaalidays and the new year yet to come, 2013. There was also some information about Sir Gilbert, which I found interesting. I hope you all are going to have/ had a great holiday, no matter what you celebrate!

New-ish Items and Odd Glitch

Hey there. Here is the first page of the Jam Mart Clothing, feauturing some returning winter-related items. I know there's many many more, but I didn't get the chance to get pictures of them all. Also, when I was finished playing Falling Phantoms in The Lost Temple of Zios, I tried to exit the game. Instead, here's what happened. ( see picture) just thought it was semi interesting :)

Saramo's Winter Resort

Today I officially finished and opened Saramo's Winter Resort for all jammers! The resort includes a small winter wonderland downstairs, several places to relax and hang out with buddies, hotel rooms, and much more!
The Resort is open 24/7 to all jammers. My user is foreversaramo1926 if your interested in checking it out. Please remember that if you visit, you are still on animal jam, and you should still be following the AJ rules. Other than that, you are free to do as you like. I had several "reindeer" there earlier, and they used the basement as their "home". My den is available to everyone, so keep that in mind. If you want to be my buddy, jamaa gram me so I can buddy you. Have fun!!!

Hey there, I know I've been slacking, so I'm going to pick some of it up. Below are some of the Jamaaliday gifts we've had so far, and today's rare, the light up reindeer antlers. Every few days there was also gems, from 300 to 500, Depending on the day. Sorry I couldn't get a picture of the Anenome head accessory, but they come in different colors than last year, in a wide variety. I got brown :3

Snow Leopard Spotted

Hey there. Today I saw a snow leopard for the first time roaming around jamaa. This particular leopard was seen in Sarepia on the server Aldan. I won't be sharing her user, mainly because she doesn't want the attention. She did say however that she got the leopard from Target, she wasn't specific though. I'm not sure if this is true, only what she said. I'll look into it, in the meantime, go live your life and stop staring at this screen x3

Big Cats Fund

Hey Jammers, as you know AJ has been trying to help endangered animals, and currently it's focused on Big cats, such as cheetahs,tigers,lions, pumas, and so on. AJ is encouraging us to donate gems to help the big cats, which you can do at the Conservation Museum in Appondale. You can donate from 5 to 5,000 gems towards tigers, lions, or cheetahs. Also aj has put out a new product, aj big cat wristbands. The wristbands can be purchased online at AJ outfitters. Part of the money for the wristbands goes towards the Big Cats, which is a good way to help. Just informing, wasn't sure what to post :P

Monday Updates Etc.

Hey jammers. Today's rare was the Rare Bat Glasses selling for 700 gems. Some other new things are the square glasses and big skull and princess necklace, both of which have been in stores before. 2.) You get this new animal from the Big Cats Animal Jam wristbands on AJ outfitters, coming with a code on the inside that you enter when you sign in, selling for $9.95, free shipping
3.) The Snow Leopards are for members AND nonmembers that purchase the wristbands

New Animal

Recently, AJ has announced to help big cats that are endangered, such as tigers, lions, and cheetahs. Today in Jamaa, jammers were talking about a new animal they've seen. A cheetah. One user is amy3141, look at her animals. I'm not sure how you get one, but here are some possibilities I've thought of:
1.) You donate a certain amount of gems to cheetahs in the Conservation Museum in Appondale and AJ somehow gives you one
2.) You purchase big cat wristbands and maybe it comes with a code, not a membership code though
Those are ideas on how a jammer might get one. The cheetah has been seen on nonmembers, so im assuming they're for everyone. Post comments of you have any ideas or have heard anything! Here's a picture below:

Hey Jammers! Foreversaramo here :) I know I know, I haven't posted in months. Well to be honest, I've been busy, distracted and too lazy to work on it much. Okay fine, to work on it at all. I'm going to set a goal for myself though, I'm going to update at least five times a week. Now if you know me, I probably won't even update once a week, but Im going to try. Monthly MEMBER Gifts

Hai jammers, some of you may know that I no longer use saramo1926. My new user is foreversaramo1926 (big difference) and I have a lot of buddy space left so feel free to add me. The reason for totally switching users, is a long story that im too lazy to tell. Im fully transferred now onto forever saramo so yea. It took awhile but I got it finished in about 45 minutes! Just letting you know ^.^
